The device is built into a wristlet resembling a wristwatch. The wristlet cannot be taken off without immediately raising an alarm on a CPD (Central Protection Desk, PCO in Czech).
In this way it alerts any unauthorised manipulation with the device and in the same way monitors that the person might be in danger or under a threat from another person who is maybe trying to prevent the localization.
This alert will give an impulse to CPD to check out the actual situation, or eventually send out the Localization Rescue Service (further only LRS of Czech Republic or OLS in Czech) to the detected point with the aim to solve the actual situation.
The device also includes a sensor responding to speed limits. That means if the person concerned would be kidnapped by a motor vehicle and the device is set up to the protection mode of this type of an attack, it will immediately transmit a signal to CPD (while there is a natural continuing incessant localization of the person concerned within the place and time). It makes an immediate consultation call in the direction to the person concerned and eventually sends out LRS to protect the person.
If the person concerned does not have the possibility to communicate freely there is also an “EMERGENCY” button on the device.
If the person concerned operates it, the LRS is immediately send out towards the localized point in order to protect his/her health, freedom of movement or life in the shortest possible time period.
The whole device understandably functions as a voice communicator – mobile phone – with the possibility of audible monitoring and mutual communication which also includes a speed dial of several dozens phone numbers.
The device is also equipped with a shock and immobility sensor. If the person falls down and does not move the appropriate information is transmitted to CPD which makes immediate contact with the person and calls the rescue service if necessary, or eventually other constituents of IZS, or it will respond itself and visit the location point of the person concerned.

Within the framework of insuring safety and your peace of mind, the wristlet is attached to the person concerned at the presence of a witness; all being video recorded including the exact time of connection.
