The whole device serves to localizing and protecting people, their health and life in emergency situations.
It is an absolutely unique and well developed system of monitoring individuals which is unlike the classical GPS capable to find the searched object even within a conurbation with an accuracy of several meters. It is based on AGPS system and is able to select persons in the buildings and subways. Such technical attributes give it a vital advantage when locating people, especially in highly inhabited urban areas where it becomes very difficult to find anyone without such a device.
The whole device understandably functions as a voice communicator – mobile phone – with the possibility of audible monitoring and mutual communication which also includes a speed dial of several dozens phone numbers.
The senior is always capable to maintain a connection with You or dispatching of Rescuing localization service who can support him/her with an advice, or help of OLS, or eventually other constituents of IZS.

If the person concerned does not have the possibility to communicate freely there is also an “EMERGENCY” button on the device.
If the person concerned operates it, the LRS is IMMEDIATELY send out towards the localized point in order to protect his/her health, freedom of movement or life.
The device also includes a fall and immobility sensor. The G-shock sensor is activated by a shock or sudden change in the body movement which may be caused by a fall, an attack or another injury. This way it can serve the senior in case of a fall, an attack, but also e.g. a traffic accident or other similar situations. If the person falls down and stops moving the adequate information will be immediately transmitted to PCD. It will make an immediate consultation call in the direction to the person concerned and call the rescue service if necessary, or eventually other constituents of IZS, or will respond itself and visit the location point of the person concerned.
The device is built into a wristlet resembling a wristwatch. The wristlet cannot be taken off without immediately raising an alarm on a CPD (Central Protection Desk, PCO in Czech). In this way it alerts any unauthorised manipulation with the device and in the same way monitors that the person might be in danger or under threat from another person who is maybe trying to prevent the localization.
This alert will give an impulse to CPD to check out the actual situation, or eventually send out the Localization Rescue Service (LRS of CZ or OLS in Czech) to the detected point with the aim to solve the actual situation.
